Hank has worked for IWR Therapy Systems since September, 2004. Prior to that, he worked at Encore Rehabilitation and Springhill Medical Center Rehabilitation, both in Mobile and at Innovative Therapies, Inc. in Poplarville, MS. He also worked as a teacher and coach at Mary G. Montgomery High School in Semmes, AL.

Personal:
Hank is married and has one daughter and one son. He enjoys hunting and fishing. He is a former collegiate baseball pitcher and high school baseball and football coach.
